Shipping and Refunds/Returns

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the United States. I am always happy to give shipping quotes for international orders. If interested, please contact us.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

The short answer: it varies. Shipping depends on what option you chose at checkout and a whole host of other factors that are out of my control. Most of my customers receive their packages in 2-5 days after shipping.

What if I don't like the scent I chose? Can I return my purchase?

While I understand that it can sometimes be tricky to order the perfect scent online, due to the nature of the products offered, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. If you ever have questions about a scent, just let me know - I am happy to clarify scent notes or make suggestions for you.

General Questions

Do you use essential oils?

I do not currently use essential oils to scent my products. I use fragrance oils, but only those verified by independent testing to be skin safe and toxin-free.

What is a wickless candle?

Exactly what it sounds like -- a candle with no wick! These types of candles use a candle warmer to be heated and release scent. They are a great, flameless option for scenting your home or office. Read more about wickless candles here.
