RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES
While I understand that it can sometimes be tricky to order the perfect scent online, due to the nature of the products offered, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. If you ever have questions about a scent just let me know - I am happy to clarify scent notes or make suggestions for you!


EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at hello@trinityscentdesign.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Once we receive your withdrawal request, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that have been opened or used (for hygiene/safety reasons, where applicable)
  • Custom or personalized orders that are made-to-order


DAMAGED ITEMS?
I know accidents can happen during shipping. If your items arrive damaged, please email me at hello@trinityscentdesign.com to submit a claim. Be sure to include photos of both the item(s) and the packaging. Any damage claims MUST be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).

Please note that all items offered in the shop are handmade and small imperfections are possible. Such imperfections will not be considered damage unless they majorly deviate from the function of the item. Refunds/remakes will not be offered unless a mistake is made during the production of the item that causes it to be unusable.
