Shipping policy

Turn Around Time (TAT):
Standard turnaround time (also known as processing time) is 7-14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. TAT is the amount of time between the order being placed and the order being dropped off at the post office. It does not automatically mean your order will take that long to create, it's just a window of time that accounts for unexpected delays if they arise. TAT also does not include shipping/transit time as that is up to the carrier and out of my control.

I do my best to create and ship items as quickly as possible; however, delays may happen at any time. I will always communicate delays, expected and otherwise. Processing times may be longer during holidays or sale events. Important information about orders and delays is always communicated first in my VIP Facebook group -- please click here to join and stay up-to-date.

Shipping:
Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday, provided it is not a holiday. Trinity Scent Design is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping information. All orders are shipped to the address input by the customer at checkout, so please be sure to verify that your address is correct before submitting your order. I am unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and tracking will be provided. If a package is stolen/missing after being scanned into the system, please send an email to hello@trinityscentdesign.com so that I may assist you with the claim process.

International Shipping — EU Customers:

We ship to the European Union and select international destinations via DHL Express and DHL eCommerce (in some cases, USPS is also available).

Processing & transit times All orders require 7–14 business days of processing time before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order ships, estimated EU transit times are:

  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days
  • DHL eCommerce: 7–14 business days

Total estimated delivery time for EU orders: 2–4 weeks from order date under normal conditions.

Customs, duties & VAT International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Trinity Scent Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

For EU orders over €150, import VAT will typically be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about applicable charges.

Shipping restrictions Some products may be subject to international shipping restrictions due to their ingredients (e.g., products containing alcohol or certain fragrance compounds). If your order cannot be shipped to your destination, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses Trinity Scent Design is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged, email hello@trinityscentdesign.com with photos within 24 hours of delivery. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
